WHY LORING SMART ROASTERS? Loring roasters benefit from a closed-loop system, meaning the process is almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Instead of constantly reheating the ambient air in the roaster, Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach ideal roasting temperatures. This translates to more Fresh Roasted Coffee for you and less burned coffee that goes to waste.

NITROGEN FLUSH FOR FRESHNESS Coffee starts to lose its freshness right after roasting. To combat this and extend the life of your coffee, we immediately package, nitrogen flush, and seal each bag. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that's heavier than air, which forces flavor-stealing oxygen out before your bag is sealed tight.

TANZANIAN PEABERRY Wonderfully smooth and full-bodied, this single origin Tanzanian Peaberry from the Aviv Estate is fairly rich in flavor, but not overpowering. The taste is clean and crisp, with cupping notes of banana, graham cracker, and dark chocolate. This light roast coffee is mild-bodied.
